What will happen with all those Outcasts using Hessian ships/equipment and vice versa? I don't have non-OC equipment, but I'm asking for those who have it.
They'll have to change or have proper forum roleplay (believable and logical, not hastily-written excuses) - hessian technology is white to the outcasts.
Hessians use the Borderworld Line as well as the Aesir (Thor, Odin, Loki) line - including the Falcata. Most bombers are Thors - however some players still retain their falcatas from 4.84.

Is that really true? I thought that comparing to Sabre, Falcata was made by Outcasts.
Carnage itself flying within void... Proud cardihead ever since 2008...
You all gonna eat cardi!
Falcata was made by Outcasts, but it is now sold on the open market. Bundschuh (who have no alliance or any relations with Outcasts whatsoever) use Falcatas as their primary bomber, considering that the bomber is Border Worlds and not Outcast exclusive. The Falcata is also sold on Eltmann Base in Munich which is Bundschuh.
The Bounty Hunters Guild are listed as having Allies: House Police, but the Police factions don't have the Bounty Hunters Guild listed as allies. Surely an alliance suggests a reciprocal arrangement? Thoughts?
I would suggest a new infocard for the Bounty Hunters Guild Core (Guard) listing-
Allies - Liberty Navy, LSF
Enemies - Nomads, Das Wilde, The Order
Justification:Liberty Navy and LSF
The Core's operations against the Order and their presence in Alaska in 4.84
The close relationship between the Guild and the Liberty lawful factions.
The Liberty Research Station is one the main deposit points for captured Nomad technology.
Other issues in the Core Alliances and Relations: Why not the Corsairs?
I thought perhaps adding Corsairs as Enemies but this might be stretching things a little too far and could open the door for abuse of the Guard ID (Daily Battleship Crete Orbital Hunter Parties, etc).
However, Corsairs are historic allies with the Core's main enemy, The Order, and they have a foothold in Nomad space. I think the Core ID card covers this though. Opinions?
Cryer as Allies?
A rumour on the Cryer base in the Sigmas describes how the Guild helped acquire subjects for experiments and that the two factions enjoyed a close relationship.
The Cryer facilities in Cambridge are one of the main deposit points for captured Nomad technology.
Zoners?
I think it would most fully have reflected the neutrality of the Zoners for them to be allied to the Core, despite being allied with the Core's main enemies, in the past (4.84). However I don't believe it holds up in-game now with the construction of Dabadoru.(4.85)
Outcasts?
I hear they worship these Nomad thingies. Surely the Core would be "interested" in this. I think the lay-out of systems, and players tendency to concentrate in Delta, Kappa and Minor have caused this relationship to be underdeveloped.

You hear wrong, my friend. Just because Outcasts stance towards Keepers is neutral it does not mean Outcasts worship Nomads. Just because they "bury" their dead pilots in the Siniestre nebula it doesn't mean they bow to Nomads... In real world rumors are not enough for the change of diplomacy. Evidence is needed. I read Diplomatic Matters sub-forum, but all too often it is plagued by pubertal outbursts that have no semblance to the real world diplomacy.

A rumour that was encouraged by player interactions in the past.
My point was - the Core is in the Omicrons; the Outcasts are there too. Their relationship needs to be defined.
Is it handbags at dawn or long, warm showers while holding hands?
The end of puberty does not necessarily mean an end to nonsense.
I agree with Athenian's offers except for the Zoner - Core dialogue since it would break their neutrality and shift it towards Core side while they have much dealings with Order and 'Sairs in close space.
