When I said I care for feedback and act upon it I meant I take it into account and contact involved person to discuss anything related to it that I see necessary to discuss. That might be a moral. That might be lulzy chat. That might be notice of incoming promotion or salary bonus.

I believe you are done giving feedback on faction. If you have personal assault to do on me, there's personal messages. As admin, you should know it better how to act and what example to set in public.
