I am pretty sure your Ki would not hurt our ships. Maybe slow our trip, but the adrenaline rush and lulz would pay it off. While Hackers goes "All or nothing", which does not leave any smile in our faces. That said, I would probably like you in your big little Ki. More fun = healthier life.

That's either a lie, or the new recruits haven't read the piracy guidelines. There is a certain number we charge per unit of cargo space a ship has. Vessels hauling ore are a different story, but we will not say: "All or nothing."

Line Hacker RP goal: Destroy Ageria and IC companies.
So Hacker disregard the RP consequences attacking like idiot the guards not the shipment? Indeed it is stupid to do so. He would rather destroy the shipment and disappear. Line Hackers are pirates not gladiators,and they do their job well.

If it has inRP reasons, fine. If it is drove by ooRP ones, don't do it.
But, metagiming is bad imho, because you do not put any effort in the game then and the RP gets dry.
