Time to get new RP cargo. This time I have simple practical anti cheater measures.

I have already PMed some and asked them to pass the information on if they couldn't supervise, but it apparently didn't go as planned. Tomorrow there'll be a much more simple method though.
Now there just need to be more people tomorrow indeed.
