I love fighting. I can deal with them. And if I can't, I've plenty of people to back me up.

As for the others - I will set this plan on hold for now and try to solve this the "usual" way. It's entirely possible that we have been too harsh in this. Let's see how it plays out.

Jeez louise I'm sorry for making a suggestion that doesn't involve crudely using fr7. Too many people just lay down and die rather than taking the initiative to try and stomp the people who are trying to stomp them. PvP shouldn't be a phobia, especially for a military faction, and you don't have to let it become one.

Just log a counter and put them in their place.

This sounds like a Rule 1.0 issue, because server gameplay is being harmed here. The group that is targeting 343 has been brought up to the Admins before, by myself even. I hope the Greens are taking steps to correct this harm, because the course of action here is not acceptable imho.

What prevents any official faction from exercising their FR4 rights to prevent unwanted encounters? For example, an official junker or outcast faction could theoretically say that every cardi run is now an event and exclude all liberty lawfuls from participating. If I were them, I would view the Admins acceptance of this arrangement as an open door to invoke FR4 at every turn.

I don't fault the OP for making this decision however, even if it is a bit powergamish. I think the fault lies elsewhere with those who choose not to handle some of the more difficult decisions that protect server gameplay.
