Stefz is 100% right. I'm one of the forum warriors who should be spending more time in the game, but I can't login:-(
That being said, devs (or whoever responsible) ought to have put a bit of effort into integrating Gallia with the rest of the mod - including the Outcasts, who have a privileged access point to Gallia that really can't be used for anything at all, even though one would think other parties - be it Gallic unlawfuls or Bretonian lawfuls - would be very interested in using this as a strategic advantage. I raised this question before, and was told that lore simply doesn't permit any sort of fraternizing between OC and the respective parties. This could be loosened up to the benefit of Gallia as well as the Outcasts.

That`s the point - don`t only rp with your friends and allies, rp with your enemies and activly seek them out(and make sure you make the encounters enjoyable, those players might be future outcasts if you show them how much fun outcastdom can be!)...too many friends are boring and not so realistic, even for the subtle Outcasts. Seek out new enemies, push new agendas, draw non outcast folks into your stories or rp around differences and such in between the outcast factions.
' Wrote:Rogues are allies, yes. Hackers would be very friendly at most, GC.. eh.. that's extremely weird. They don't even have an official faction. So ]bd[ basically says, "oc, get out" and we can't do crap there. Hessians? No, they raided us only a couple days ago. Mollies? Very friendly, no way we could be allied. And honestly they're so irrelevant that.. eh.. it doesn't even matter. Same with hessians honestly (if we were even somewhat friendly with them). THOUGH! If we did start going back into bretonia, molly diplomacy would definitely need to be re-forged.
well, hackers and GC is tied to casts whether they like it or not, after all, their lore states the majority of their pilots is cardi addicts. Molly relations shouldnt be good, after all, mollies is allied with RHA, which is hostile with Outcasts. A full return to bretonia is unlikely, given the situation there, Cape Wrath should not hold up for long unless drastic changes come about.
BD thingy is due to lolpirates, if your a real "SiR" with them, they are usually nice chaps. However, thats how far it goes.
Not currently....but some time ago, OC were probably provided main supports for many unlawfull factions.
P.S. Also, I think, its wrong, that most people consider, that there are no new ideas or ppl, who would make something intresting- there are. But when, someone got idea, which could rise up interest, RP in general (better than making another cap fleet :P) and increas player activity, sudennly, your nouse meets a stone wall named: "Sorry dude, lore doesnt allowe you do this." Be sure, there were LOTS OF IDEAS, which could make OC's play more intresting.
' Wrote:Best way to improve a groups activity is to go make a ship and do just that. Lead... and you -will- be followed.
There you have it.
And although some people might say Taus are pretty dead, they are wrong. You get to pew OC's everyday there, just yesterday there was a very long OC-IMG fight with snubs mostly.
well... Since 86 release everyone who dreamed about having an independent base...just left all the pvp/rp to die. Most of factions that used to fight, are trading now.
Why? Cuz of cloak stuff and trying to supply the base.
Sadly base needs weekly supply. And it will take all the time for any kind of events.
On the other hand most of Outcast players faced the Order problem(due to CR death). Yeah! Order lost minor and got no one to pew with IMO.
Then as mentioned in last post by others, Oc ships lost their style and got nerfed.
Outcast improvement is a qustion itself. I mean just cardamine cannot run that shiny guard base in O81. (zhe casts arch!)
