After two updates, the server seems somewhat stable. The event will be hosted this saturday, the 5th octobre, at 20 SMT. To give more players the possibility to participate, it will reoccur on the 6th octobre at 20 SMT too.

There is no registration required. I will update the OP in a bit to reflect it's current state and gameplay, you have to follow the orders of your officials though.
