Edit: Remember that this kind of bounty board is not an open frequency, it'll be a quiet letter to the Hogs, FA and some Mercs, Samura are not stupid. >.>

They've got a registration form on their board, meaning people can view the bounty to sign up with it. This means it's public. This means it's open knowledge. You can't have your cake and eat it. It's either an open board or not.

EDIT: Monte, you're talking about a discreet bounty. This isn't discreet, by a long shot. I gave a suggestion on how to make this discreet on the last page.
