As if there won't be an abundance of mercenaries signing up for the deal. This thing is a PvPer's dream - the sheer number of targets to shoot at will see flocks of them coming along. Of course, if you're aiming to make Kusari a grand shooting gallery instead of a house then be my guest.

My point is I don't see this bounty really doing anything positive for Kusari. I can't see many people on the bountied list waking up, seeing this thread and deciding that they want to contribute to reviving Kusarian activity by being jerked out of tradelanes and depressurised.

Allow me to clarify what I said. The roleplay legality of the action and so on is something to be determined by the Kusari government, if and when they hear about it in roleplay.

Now, the ID restriction is something which is to be kept in mind, however there has, as yet, been no admin discussion on the matter.

Personally, I think this is an extention of the way the lore works for Samura, yes. That much makes sense, but I also think it probably goes a little too far in it's scope and reach. I think that Samura would be more cautious, and I'd imagine that the Kusari government would be pretty irrate about this, given it poses a risk to some very fragile foreign relations.

Every house has its pirates; Kusari has its unique quasi-lawful pirates, which are dead on in my view. Point is, I feel like this bounty is going to raise the ante against traders in Kusari even more. We're not even talking about pirating here, we're talking about blowing up every single non-Kusari faction trader as soon as they set foot in the place, with no questions asked. It's not 2milordai, it's daisoicanget2mil.

I may be seeing this wrong, but how exactly do you think this is going to help Kusari out in any way? Tell me what I'm missing here.

Failing that, it's not too difficult for people to make indie Hogosha or Farmers' Alliance characters specifically for jumping all over this bounty, if they so desired.
