The only people here who seem to be upset about what you did is the IC.

I am not upset about my guy trying to have fun. I am upset he got caught. That's two different things.

Unlike some faction would, we wouldn't spend few hours in system flying above the plain to avoid probability of being caught since it wouldn't be fun at all. We like contributing to server roleplay as it is roleplay server after all.

I'm quite surprised all of your employees on the forums are Libertonians (at the moment). Do you consider yourselves to be pure Liberty corporation?

Well, that's just a conincidence imo. People know IC has roots in Liberty, maybe that is why they want to RP a character of Lbierty nationality when apply for Ic|.

That's the only possible answer I can think of about now.
Perhaps Snak3 can answer the question if IC is purely Liberty corp or not.

Well, it shouldn't be. At least I can imagine them recruiting local staff for stations.

Since IC now is also shipping corporation, I don't think they focus solely on Libertonians - instead, they pick out the best pilots for their so beloved ships.

The local stations are all run by local staff.
As for our characters, The Board is actually the most diverse part of IC.
Felix Sherman, former CEO, was a Rheinlander.
Tammo McIllheney, the current COO, is half-Molly Junker/Bretonian.
Markus Lehmann, our in-rp CFO, also Rheinlander.
Director of Security Mark Lee is Kusari.
It's the players choice what nationality their char is.
While we would like more diversity than what we currently have in the Interspace Secure Transport Division, that's not the case in fact.
As for the whole IC doesn't ship things issue, we really have three choices.
One, get all our required activity from hunting Lane Hackers.
Two, sit in the capital systems ineffectually hawking insurance that no-one will buy and won't make money anyway.
Or, Three, just give up and trade, the choice we made.
We've tried to introduce novel RP with efforts such as the Legal Department (universally reviled), the Central.Insurance|L drones (considered OORP by so many and possibly a technical violation of tech rules), and the rampant AI drones around New York (which actually are quite enjoyable, but difficult to do), but....nothing really sticks.
So.
We trade.

That's not true. Shippers might be, but that is choice of players. I can't take away that freedom and won't ask to roleplay different persons than they want.

As DarthBindo said, I myself have character as Head of Security who is Kusarian and thus flies Wasupu.
He has with Bretonian roots.
