As a side note: jailing and asking politely for an explanation that the player understands a rule is infinitely more constructive and beneficial (and much less inflammatory) than fines and bans, especially when the rules are unclear in the first place.

They aren't though. I've been here over a year and never been sanctioned. Vets generally only get sanctioned because they intentionally break the rules.

Newbies generally break the rules because:

A) they haven't read them.
B) they don't speak good enough English
C) they're cheating
D) they're just being stupid (i.e blasting new players with their capitals).

I've not read one sanction report where the excuse was: "The rules were too confusing."

I belive that We need at least 1 more Admin - not becouse current ones do not make it...
but to relieve/help them in their duties - becouse management forum, and the mass of unruly (with all do respect) monkeys or d-bags and regular players is a giant ammount of work.

Option of "Half-admins" I believe already exists - Mods of the forum have that power, at least on forum.

You haven't been sanctioned yet because not everything gets reported. You probably don't even know what rules you broke.
