Do we need new/more Admins?

With all the negative aspects pointed out here naturaly, because the topic is a Problem ofcourse, Id like to point out that im under the impression our current Admins do an awesome job.

Its ofcourse not my task to judge them nor do i have enough insight to be able to see who does what but i do see some of them very active.

So respect to you Admins, nomatter sometimes i think some Paperwork is nonsense, i belive all we knowitall Nonadmins wouldnt stand a chance in trying to do it better.
