We haven't turned anyone down or shamed anyone. Nobody has even tried contacting any Gallic authorities about it inrp yet, they've just done the usual Discovery thing and gone to Q_Q on the forums.
Funny, that the two large base operations going on at the moment haven't complained once, but just got contracts with the IDF.
Are people seriously complaining that Gallia, the biggest ally of all people in Sirius is making restrictions on export on a commodity that it has monopoly on?

Well funny you should say that, since according to my understanding, Rheinland hasn't really got any information on Gallia, not names of corporations, not the name of the King, not where cryotubes are made. Nothing, zilch, nada. However, somehow they knew exactly who to contact with a couple lines of RP and the IDF responds in kind, likewise not know who Rheinland corporations are, and meekly gives them the deal with Rheinland promising full military protection for the enemy of Bretonia.
And you have shamed them already for calling into question their reasons for the thread.

We closed it for two reasons. It gives the GRP something to which we really need. The RP behind it is there is massive export of this and we decided to shut down it's export for a bit. Crazy idea for a House trying to maintain it's economy, huh?
You all complain that Gallia is never there. It's empty, a waste of time and effort. For once Gallia gets something that actually MAKES people come there. What do you want us to do. Watch you fly buy with the stuff and not do anything about it? No sir.
As for why GRP did it. The police handles interior house affairs as it should. GRP has always controlled trade in and out of Gallia for the most part with it's permits system. Sorry you are just not deciding to think about how Gallia runs.
There's the communications board. IDF have great control of Cryocubes so try contacting them about it. They need the activity. Stop whining on the forums and try dealing with things inRP about it.

That pretty much covers the shaming tactics. All though I don't blame you in the slightest. There is a need to up activity in Gallia. Perhaps we could do it without the shaming though.
