Haven' read thread however:
a) Poll. Since there're rules, there should be players to violate them. Just hit "PrtSc" as mad and file reports. When suicide trader 'll get his bank char deleted, he'll think twice before suicide again. And so on with other rules.
b) Your disappointment about RolePlay, There'll always be lack of RP on disco. You want RP-you go official faction. They've tons of RP. Other good way-speak with people, who're acting not ooRP, but with wrong one(ex: Molly pirating IMG, Hessian engaging Bundschuh, Unione Corse pirating in Omega-49, etc) Sometimes they'll understand what you'll say, sometimes-not.

No, not actually. The first troll of this thread has been here before, ranting about how bad the current rules are and about how bad the roleplay of others is - both of this right after mere days of existence in the community - while he is just too lazy to look up the relevant roleplay information on the forums. But hey, we have helpful people in this community, wanting to help the new guy, like that new guy would care at all. What's his response? Outright ignorance, trolling, flaming, and then crying about locked threads.

In short: Look in the mirror first.

file a report if you see violation. dont expect people to be fair and good to you. internet is some place where you get people acting like retarted children just because you cant go and kick their ass in real life. be more then that.
and I agree on one point - when you get thread locked, Admins/Mods isnt right at this, they should ban people who made em to lock thread. or that is just ignoring of trolls and lolwuts, which I dont approve.

Hey, if you mean to use the word "thou" it might make a little more sense.
But then lose its sense since in an archaic word and makes even less sense since its an English(not american) word and for you to translate into it is pointless. Use the word "you", and you might even begin to sound slightly intelligent.
