Thanks to everyone for the suggestions. They answered a lot of questions. The diplomacy list is for the time left of 4.86, and will be updated once 4.87 comes around.
About the Mollys being at "unfriendly", They also shoot our ships on a regular basis, so that's where that comes from. With the NAP in power, we will not shoot them, but I'd say that the GRN is only willing to show so much trust towards what is for the most part a group of drunk, mining pirates. Moving them up to negative neutral along with Gaians sounds reasonable though.

Even just lack of interaction or proximity would probably put them to Hostile instead of At War.

While most independent GRN players threat them as neutral, some even friendly you have clearly stated here "at war". Mind also explain it why?
I'm not sure why I have to explain hostility towards Nomads, but I'll give it a go: They're aliens who wish to eradicate humanity and do funny things with your brain. At the very least I can say that the new GRN HC is not overly enthusiastic about Fallen Grace and will probably disregard it. Considering the nomads relative insignificance for Gallic affairs though, they'll be shoved up from "at war" to "hostile".
Fallen Grace was not the only nomad related RP y'know.
I'd suggest you at least consider negative neutrality, because there has been no hostility between nomads and GRN for the most part, and due to RP shenanigans they usually end up an indirect help by attacking Sirians.
Nomads have been observed on more than one occasion to "get fed" cardamine by Outcast pilots. That would at least put them negative with Gallic forces as Outcasts are not friends to lawful Gallia.
^ is where we're at at the moment, and we're looking to improve on this further. There is a mini-flotilla including the Cryer flagship currently in Burgundy on a PR & Trade mission to strengthen ties.
To explain our position, we want in bad.
On the one hand, you have Médecins Sans Frontières - everyone should have a right to buy medicine no matter what political hoo-hah is afoot. Plus this is a french term so I'm sure you guys are down.
On another hand, this is a huge market which has just potentially opened up for us - we aim to move in wholesale, and acquire, merge with or outcompete whatever feeble attempts at healthcare Gallia has produced.
And on the third, genetically modified hand, there are a whole bunch of planets teeming with organic life in Gallia we haven't had a look at yet. Pharmaceutical development is very dependant on perpetual research in to organic life, plants, animals and friends. Hence our obsessions with alien organisms, cardamine, nomads, gaia, carlisle, etc and so forth. All those new planets are just waiting to perform their duty for Cryer and furnish it with many new profitable patented drugs.
also yes we'd love to help you fight Outcasts, so long as we can put them in bags and take them back to our labs after.
In fairness regarding the Mollys, this is for the GRN who are not-so-infrequently shot by them, compared to the Kingdom itself which is open to trading with them.
Like Rodent said, I'd think at least acknowledging that Gallia's exploration teams encountered the Nomads and that Harbinger recognised them as useful enough not to go full krieg (yet) is something worth doing. Being not as red as At War is fine, although I'd think Unfriendly instead of Hostile - again it depends on how much you take Show and Tell as gospel.
On a vaguely related note, what's happening with King Charles and perhaps Prince Joseph as well, any transfers of character ownership?
Ageira, DSE, and USI (the Big Three) are definitely hostile to the GRN - so they're in the right spot.
Hellfire Legion is also appropriately listed. There has not been significant RP between HF and GRN to solidify the HF's stance, but that remains to be seen depending on the faction's future.
Zoners in a whole were made hostile by Dab to justify his zoner princess rp, it's something I partially removed when I was leader of the GRN. OSI were granted trade rights in Gallia and the plan was to extend that to all other Zoners while any of them bringing a capital ship in Gallia would become KOS. It's probably something you might want to consider.

I would suggest to make all cruiser-sized vessels under zoner banner to be banned. Gallia might find zoners to be useful. I would put them on neutral- suspicious, but not actively haunted.-- TAZ to full hostile.
My reasoning is simple, most zoners I meet are cap-lolz, and it damages me and others the opportunityt rp in gallia and bring activity.
