That is what I assumed when he said it meant "San Andreas PD". San Andreas wouldn't be the first choice of many people unless they played GTA.

I was told by one of them that they came from a GTA server as said before and are San Andreas Police Department there, but they're unsure what to be here on Disco. They seemed friendly enough, spoke good English, knew about the forums etc. Hopefully they'll be a nice addition if they can find a faction that suits them.
