we have seen FR5 beeing made only due to tlagsnet scanns where the Official faction got a FR5 with out even having a RP ingame with those unlucky smugglers.
Hence Tlagsnet is damaging INGAME RP.

I like the one where when they use it Ageira would know of it...but then again the LH are some pretty dang good hackers...as another person said about it running on fuel...make it use a few Counterfit Software when it's used as well, that would be cool...but yeah, there is the whole thing about everyone going to a LH...it says they like cargo...maybe make it so if the trader isn't Ageira, IC or IND, you can only take their cargo or something like that maybe?

And maybe LPI IDd players get a warning when a hacker uses that.

Actualy I was thinking that but not just them BPA/KSP too since their ZOI is Shikoku and Manchester.
Not sure if their ZOI is in Hamburg or not though.

And then we can instantly remove all police factions too, because they will finally turn into being just bad copy of military with weaker ships and smaller ZOI so there will be no reason to play them anymore.

If somebody was FR5 only because of TLAGSNET scans, it is abuse and admins mistake (but I really can´t believe they could do that only because of this, can you give some links?).

TLAGSNET itself is not damaging ingame RP. Players (well, some of them) are...

It's not really OP, and pirates/smugglers shouldn't really be using the Lanes anyways. If they do...shame on them to for expecting to NOT get caught.

Right. So running something on fuel makes it viable. No. Just no.

I don't see how this is "OP" Either. Police have use of it, the term "Lane Hacker" would probably make sense to make use of this considering they hack the things in RP to get the drop on valuable cargo for their use.

I don't see the problem with this idea. Gives Lane hackers a slight edge, personally people tend to lean on either the pirate side where they say base guns are OP and there's those who think pirates are OP on the lawful side. I think there should be a balance here overall.
