I thought you could just wait to server reset, and then everything would be back to normal?

Imagine if you do that just after server restart and become locked out off Manhattan's orbit.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think if that were possible, it would have been fixed on the npc's and their bases a long time ago (as far as I know, POB are npc bases as far as the game is concerned)
