Liberty Rogues

1) Who do you pirate? Trader IDed or all?
If you're carrying cargo with a mind to sell it, we'll rob you, unless you're carrying Cardi in which case we'll ask for a bit for personal use, or Artifacts where we'll just shoot you down.

2) What ship categories do you pirate? Do you pirate fighters carrying cargo?
See above, although we'll usually ignore you if you're below level 40

3) Do you tax empty running traders?
We don't tax, we rob, thusly you're getting robbed running empty or full.

3a) If you tax them for a right of passage do you protect them? Or give them a time limit?
No free passage unless you pay a higher fee, although individual members are free to negotiate that fee as they will

4) If you use fee tables then state them here.
The only set fee is for DPL rogues and interspace, there's no upper limit. The DPL hate intersapce...

Not going to discuss my in-game name.

1) Who do you pirate? Trader IDed or all? Traders any type.
2) What ship categories do you pirate? Do you pirate fighters carrying cargo?not usualy, because they dont have a cargo space big enough to tax on, unless they got a name change certificate or something.
3) Do you tax empty running traders? Yes. sometimes.
3a) If you tax them for a right of passage do you protect them? Or give them a time limit? they can get a 12hour pass if they wish, i wont protect any trader.
4) If you use fee tables then state them here. the tax is always 3m for single, or 12m for a 12hour pass.

The following can be said about NLH:

1) Who do you pirate? Trader IDed or all?
We pirate every trader carrying Planetform/Orbital Spa and Cruise/BMM IFF/ID and those who carry cargo vital for the Bretonian heavy industry such as MOX.

2) What ship categories do you pirate? Do you pirate fighters carrying cargo?
Transports and freighters. Fighters carrying Planetform/Orbital Spa and Cruise/BMM IFF/ID will be shot on sight (with proper RP announcement).

3) Do you tax empty running traders?
We only ask for donations in order to finance our actions under the Gaian flag.

3a) If you tax them for a right of passage do you protect them? Or give them a time limit?
They will be granted safe passage for 48 hours unless found trading goods vital for Bretonian heavy industry.

4) If you use fee tables then state them here.
Traders with Planetform/Orbital Spa and Cruise/BMM IFF/ID will receive a higher fee than normal traders.

1) We pirate all cargo ships, Trader ID, we generally don't pirate/tax Smugglers. If you transporting goods to Corsair bases/planets, you will be exempt for tax. Anyone who help the Corsairs, are also exempt from tax.

2) Very little point pirating a fighter, but for people exploring, we charge a fee, depending on how much money they seem to have.

3) Yes we tax empty traders, cargo carrying traders, we tax half cargo.

3a) Any trader who doesn't make a fuss with paying tax, will be protected within OPG space

4) We pirate half your cargo every run you make, of course this makes trading very unprofitable. There is 15 million credit 'trading license' available for people who will be trading very heavily, and need the profits. This lasts a week, during which you get a free pass from OPG piracy

Sons Of Liberty (small Xeno group)

Quote:1) Who do you pirate? Trader IDed or all?

We pirate wealthy individuals and vessels belonging to large corporations

Quote:2) What ship categories do you pirate? Do you pirate fighters carrying cargo?

ALL ship classes...from fighters to battleships...nobody is safe...

Quote:3) Do you tax empty running traders?

That depends...but we don't usually meet many empty ones...

Quote:3a) If you tax them for a right of passage do you protect them? Or give them a time limit?

Also depends...Liberty corporation tagged players can get protection if they ask...there is no time limit...we pirate only once per day...traders who obey us and make nice RP usually are left unharmed in future encounters...we do protect our area of pirating from other pirates and we will fight them if they try to cut in on our turf...foreign traders can ask for help but they wont get it...
Quote:4) If you use fee tables then state them here.

We don't ask for much money...below lvl 60 its about 200-300k, lvl 60 its around 500k, lvl 70 1 mill, lvl 75 2 mill, lvl 80 2,5 mill, 90 5 mill....sometimes we do ask for more but that depends on circumstances...sometimes we ask traders to drop their cargo...

Name: [GC]-Ai.Takeda (leader)
Faction: Golden Chrysanthemums

Quote:1) Who do you pirate? Trader IDed or all?

Anyone with a Trader ID and is over level 40 is subject to being robbed, regardless of your tag (since so many people can't seem to get the right one). Exceptions are sometimes made, but rarely.

Quote:2) What ship categories do you pirate? Do you pirate fighters carrying cargo?

All trading ship categories can be pirated. Any ships carrying Golden Chrysanthemum, Blood Dragon, Lane Hacker, Liberty Rogue, Outcast, Zoner or Bretonian pilots will be ordered to hand them over or be destroyed.

Quote:3) Do you tax empty running traders?

Yes. We don't care that they are running empty. That's their problem, not ours. We rarely see any empty traders though.

Quote:3a) If you tax them for a right of passage do you protect them? Or give them a time limit?

Normally we give them 2 hours free passage within the system they were pirated in, but if they were particularly troublesome then we might tax them each time we encounter them. Any ships who have paid for passage will be protected against people who are hostile to us, but if you are pirate by NovaPG etc, then we apologise but they require funds for their war efforts also.

Quote:4) If you use fee tables then state them here.

Monetary Demands By Level:

Level 40-50 = 100k - 1 mil depending on the trader and how co-operative they are in stopping etc.
Level 50-65 = 1 mil - 3 mil See Above.
Level 65-80 = 2 mil - 4 mil See Above.
Level 80-90 = 3 mil - 5 mil See Above.

Exceptions:

Military Vehicles: Due to the fact that the Kusari Navy pay higher than the Bretonian Armed Forces for such goods, they are all undoubtedly being shipped to our enemies. Anyone (above level 55) caught carrying them will be fined 4 million credits.

Artifacts: A fine of 6 million will be issued for anyone carrying artifacts, as these are funding the war efforts of the Corsairs and the Hogosha, who are also helping to prop up Samura and the corrupt government that it controls.

Allied/Friendly Pilots: Any ships carrying Golden Chrysanthemum, Blood Dragon, Lane Hacker, Liberty Rogue, Outcast, Zoner or Bretonian pilots will be ordered to hand them over or be destroyed. A fine of 1+ million credits will also usually be issued for the insult/damage incurred by the destruction of our allies' ships etc, depending on the severity of the offence.

Cardamine: Anyone carrying at least half a cargo hold full of Cardamine will be allowed to pass freely without being bothered, and will be assisted if they need it.

Slaves: Anyone found carrying slaves will be ordered to immediately drop them off at Ainu Depot for release and fined 4 million credits for such a despicable trade.

Synthetic Marijuana: The Golden Chrysanthemums are generally undecided on this as yet and do not really perceive it as a threat to Cardamine, so it is merely subjected to a 1 mil levy if a shipment is encountered.

Diamonds/Niobium: Anyone found carrying these are subjected to a 3 mil war levy as they prop up the economy of Kusari and by extension the corrupt Shogunate.

Luxury Consumer Goods/Light Arms: These goods are in high demand by the Golden Chrysanthemums, and anyone carrying them to Ainu Depot will be actively assisted.

Interspace/Bretonia: Any traders with Interspace Commerce ID & tag or any Bretonian shipping ID & tag will subject to only 50% of the normal monetary demand (determined by level).

Premium Payments: We have several premium payments that traders may choose to take advantage of for additional protection, as shown below:

10 mil - Protects you from piracy by the GC for a day.
20 mil - Protects you from piracy by the GC for a week.
65 mil - Protects you from piracy by the GC for a month.
150 mil - You are placed on our list of friendly vessels and permanently removed from being targeted for piracy. In addition it grants you the right to ask for GC assistance within our entire zone of influence at any time. We normally do ask the NovaPG to honour this agreement as well (though this depends on a case by case basis). We also in turn recognise any vessels that pay the NovaPG for permanent protection.

I apologise for a rather lengthy post, but I think that about covers it.
