If you use Freelancer or Zoner ID, you can simply fix your reputation with Corsairs by shooting NPCs of their enemies and once it will be neutral, you will no longer have problem with that base (I assume it is not set to full hostile mode).
That is the main problem, like i said i can trade with the normal corsair bases because i'm neutral to them, only this POB is hostile.

There are two explanations:
First of all, the owner might have given it Guard IFF, which is usually hostile to all but closest allies and normal basic non-Guard ID/IFF vessels.
The POB itself might be set hostile to all but said allies; including being hostile to Freelancers, Zoners, etc.
It sounds like it'll be your responsibility to fix your rep here. I don't think the Corsairs can do anything unless they give you docking rights, and I don't know what their stance will be on that.
If you get a Corsair bribe, it should (I think) fix your Corsair Guard rep to at least neutral.
That might cause problems with some of your lawful reps, but I think it will be your best solution if you want to fly through there.
See what some of the more experienced people think though, I haven't flown around the Omicrons that much.

None of those seems to be the case. I just went there to try it with transport which has negative neutral (-0.3) reputation to Corsairs and I had no problem. Not only the Puerto del Sol was not shooting at my ship, but it even allowed me to dock. So the problem must be hostile reputation of used ship.

I just take a Corsair bribe, from neutral -2'5 to friendly +6, POB Puerto del Sol still hostile. I'll try to contact with a Corsair to check my complains before post it in the comm chanel, in fact I'll try to avoid it if I can.

Thanks all of you for the responses.
That´s weird. Didn´t you shoot the base by accident?
That base is owned and operated by one of the Corsair Council Elders, so a complaining about it is 100% pointless.
That base does NOT have Corsair Guard IFF, its regular Corsair IFF
The problem lies on your side since I've seen lots of zoners, junkers, freelancers and what-not going through that hole without getting shot at. Fix your rep and try again or talk to the base owner politely, since your ship's name might be blacklisted.
