Now THIS could replace RoS and the Cayman assets, would be nice to have a sirius wide pirate type faction. Allthough Reapers of Sirius already sounded pirate-ish o_O you sure you wanna go with Sirius Rogues? Oh well, still alright hope you guys wont fall so thumbs up for this +1

We hadn't planned too far ahead in the expanding thing yet - hence why its still left pretty empty without too much information. First we want to get established as a group before moving onto that - having the RP and the player base is important. You do bring up an interesting point about the RoS stuff though. It could be something to consider further down the track.

We chose the name because we are first and foremost Rogues; we use their ID, their tech, and as you can see by what we have up there we have made a nod to the old official groups (LR and PLR) because the history of it is something that should be noted - although there is a few additions I feel are needed there which will be done over the weekend. The Sirius part is because we did want that opportuinity to expand eventually - even if it is only to the extent of what it was with the Kusari thing - and not have the name as a determining factor because "Liberty".

And thank you - I hope we don't fall/fail either. If nothing else, it should be a bit of fun. Especially once we get the last things out of the way that I want to get RP for before posting about it.

All in all though, seeing the name being one of the main points which is brought up often as a concern/comment, I think we must be on the right track with the actual content etc.

On that note: the information has been updated since it was first posted, and will continue to be as the RP both in game and forums takes place.

Concerning your announcement to attack a Junker base:

1) Rogues and Junkers are supposed to be at least neutral, right? Why are you so mean to a Junker?
2) Why are you attacking a Junker base that is situated in a Junker home system? Why do you care that it is in Peuto Rico? Shouldnt the congress be dealing with that? You know... junkers back up their junker family. Oh wait... you both are the same people.
3) You gave a noob 8 hours to reply. How sucky can you be? What if he is sleeping now and has to go out tomorrow and cannot have time to reply? Do you really think that PoB will get any progress if you give it 48 hours to reply?

This just looks to me like you are using your SR faction for congress dealings and the diplomacy and the way you do it is bad.

Can I at least suggest you be a bit more fair in how you do your stuff.

look this is junker's work the rogue's have no need to join in or do it for them it would make sense if the congress was paying the rogue's to do it. but still 8 hour's yes I know that's the min but still I think nom is right I would of myself said 48 hour's as come on no body is on every day guy's cut the noob some slack

I think Item 3 is a bit of a stretch of a complaint, following the rules to the letter has never been an issue in the past, and considering that other PoB's have been nuked in under an hour before I think 8 hours is more than enough notice.

Dont you remember, Nemo, that Nomads used to not have to RP before engaging and you got mad even though it was following RP?

Your third point isn't about RP, its about rules, the rules say 8 hours, I think that is more than reasonable.

For someone who complains about people not responding to RP fast enough, you sure do make a big deal when someone follows the rules to the letter.

Let's break down the answers now.

1) Neutrality doesn't stop you from getting pirated/blackmailed/extorted.

2) The Sirian Rogues conducted some roleplay involving blackmailing the Congress for ownership of one of the NPC stations present in the system and have a strong presence there.

3) The POB existed for quite a few days. 8 Hours is the minimum. Being a noob or not doesn't prevent you from being extorted. 8 hours is plenty of time to respond. Calling people sucky is a little rude. It's their loss if their POB dies. That's the risk of building bases. There isn't a grace period. They're pirates. In space. They want money and power. They're following their roleplay to the letter, as well as the rules.

Currently unable to consistently be present in the Community due to life constraints.
