The Gibraltar has performed another successful trade run. This time, I took Sir Alisdair's advice and had minor adjustments to the cargo pods of the Large Train. With the modifications completed at Kensington, I headed off with a large shipment of Beryllium to Liberty. The shipment's destination? Pueblo Station of course. The cargo was successfully loaded off, with no losses.
Using the tradelanes, I left for New York and arrived at Planet Manhattan in due time. Although there was a delay at the Mooring Fixture and planet-side Spaceport, I still managed to pick up the tourists heading for New Berlin. While their tour guides were quite loud on the Gibraltar's comms, they weren't much of a nuisance. They were quite bored along the journey to Planet New Berlin, but they seemed joyful when they stepped off on New Berlin's surface. I was joyful as well...
After setting waypoints on my "Guidance" auto-pilot system, I set off for Bautzen Station in Dresden. They had the HGL-marked Diamond shipment ready, destination: Planet Leeds. It seems the diamonds were to be used for jewellery and construction machinery.
The trip through Rheinland, the Omegas and Bretonnia was uneventful, apart from a few Corsair raiders. The Gibraltar's gunners took care of them easily.

Greetings Employees,
Today in Leeds i was attacked by a AFA Stinger. I initially ignored him as he attacked me in Leeds as i escaped to New London but he coontinued to persue me and attack. Eventually at Southampton shipyard i decided to stop and defend myself after a long and hard fought battle i came out victorious Percheron.
I also Managed to save some Civillians, Bretonia Police and Bretonia Armed Forces pilots. The Pirates that i managed to capture were given to the Bretonian Goverment.

Mr. Wheatley,
Outstanding job, sir! Well done - defeating a Stinger VHF in a Percheron! More importantly, you delivered civilians and Bretonian authorities to safety. You have distinguished yourself in your first days on the job, and that is cause for commendation!
I would warn our captains, however, that ours is not to defeat the adversary, but to keep our crews and cargo safe. Do not hesitate to pay a pirate when forced to, but I would encourage you to make him or her earn it, at least through providing a decent rationale for their pirating activities. In the case of hostages, we do pay for their safe release if no escorts or police/navy are able to assist us. Of course, not all pirates are conversational...

First of all, a thank you to the board for accepting my application to join them. I will do my best to keep the ideals of this company to the fore, and work on achieving our company goals.
Next is a report that is a tad late, I've been a bit busy lately.
Few days ago was with [Core]Omega travelling through from Rheinland to Liberty I think. We ran into a pirate named "Evildead" or some such. No demands, no talkin', he just opened fire. Luckily he was in a light fighter, and he seemed an inexperienced pilot. He ship was destroyed in short order. Just to warn other captains incase they see this feller.
Secondly, seems I've angered a pirate who goes by the name of "Deviant.Vortex", he's put me on a list of some sort, possibly a kill on sight list. I dread to think what would have happened to me and my crew if the UnitedTraders hadn't shown up...

Subject: My first day
Hi everybody.
Today was my first day and it was a whopper. I wanted to say how nice it was to meet James, Jacob, Calum, and Alec. Everyone is really nice and helpful.
Today my ship was blown up three times!
First time by a LH or XA gunboat, can't remember. The second time was by another gunboat in front of Leeds. Third time was in front of Kensington station. My poor ship was out of Nova torpedos and low on bats and bots. I tried to land but two OPG bombers and a titan blew up my ship again.
My poor ship was not a happy space camper. I painted a little red heart on it and told it to get better soon. The guys on Kensington are fixing my ship and I'll be ready to go in a jiffy.
Though I need to find more Novas. I might have to go shopping at Canaria for those little birdies. They're kinda expensive. Mr. B, I might need some more money to outfit my ship again. I'm sorry that I'm spending it so fast. But what can I say, I'm a girl right?
But don't worry. I'm OK. I broke one of my fingernails is all.

Subject: Report.
At the moment, if ye look out the window, ye'll see a pile of OPG just waiting outside the base... Thankfully, the OPG seem to have something resembling a code, and they let me pass twice when I was empty without any problems. I can't say the same for poor Abbie Eaton, who's ship was shot down, meters from HQ. The reason? None. According to the one who done the deed, a weapon system glitch was to blame...
Another pirate encountered was a "Ross.Polo", who after accosting me and demanding 2 million. Decided that since I was giving his position away, he's blast me! Ms. Eaton was on the way, but her bomber was not enough against the hacker gunboat... An ion storm hit shortly after.
I commend Abbie Eaton's show of dedication and bravery. She is a golden addition to our company, and I'm glad she is here. So is James, as she's saved his skin already! And to Ms Eaton if you need any extra funds feel free to ask me, I've got plenty to spare.
