The evidence was gathered by Aux, I know because I seen the Aux ship there when we were all undocking, honestly this wasn't a problem at all till Aux decided to stir up the waters again. The last time something like this happened was when the unlawfulls kept running to and hugging Rochester when being shot at by the [LN] when Hale was still in charge.
Why try and kill off the player base that actually keeps things interesting in NY by denying them docking at convenient locations, and as it stands junkers don't really care about Rochester base except in the "RP sense" so why not make some event out of it where the rogues take over Rochester or something, or better yet give the junkers a new base around 2e right and let unlawful have Rochester.
Actually, I believe Liberty Forces would take this station over before Rogues or Outcasts would. They've wanted to for some time and at this point I am of mind to let them. If Rogues or Outcasts are really in need of a base near Manhattan then it would be a good idea for them to RP the construction of a new NPC station near Manhattan.

If you cared, you would witness everything yourself. Have you seen me docking on Rochester when I was chased by lawfuls? Or have you seen me initiating a battle against lawfuls right next to Rochester?
It is funny talking about "Every. Single. Junker. Cares", when you are judging things depending on the evidences provided by some unknown factions(players), or whatever/whoever they were.
P.S That Jump Hole idea sounds interesting.
Junker Congress has a very long history with Auxesia. We respect the information they give us as it generally keeps us out of trouble. It could of easily been LSF, LPI, or LN present, or any Freelancer/Independent Junker willing to sell the information to Liberty Government. Thankfully it was just Aux this time, but really, it could of been anyone.
The simplest solution would be to finally add an ID line that restricts Outcast ID'd players from docking cruisers or Battleships in house space once and for all.

- Not you specifically. But some people working with you (dont ask me for names, it's been over a week and you guys use too many alts).
- Yes, you guys are always staging on Rochester and whenever the Navy actually chases your bait you undock from there. When the fight goes haywire part of your group heads for rochester and docks there.
- I am not judging this by the evidence (I didnt bother looking at it), but it's a general thing I have taken notice of. Hence I gave you my experience report.

Or only ships belonging to the Official Faction could do it. Still leaves it open for RP if LH and Rogues ever request assistance. Kind of like how the Zoner Whale is only able to dock if it has a Official Faction ID equipped.

Exactly. To make it fair, do the same for Corsairs. It's really stupid for them to be sending any type of capital ship outside of the Omicrons/Omegas/Taus/Sigmas, where they're supposed to be shooting each other.
It is funny aye. Junkers give the Lib authorities the finger over these docking's & they bring
an even bigger fleet to Puerto to destroy one of their instalations than what they're fighting
there in NY to defend poor Long Island.
In effect, they're scarred stiff so they'll use bully tactics towards Junkers to slow down the pain.
Grab your boys Tutashkia, command your gathering with care cause Junkers'll be baring the whip
marks from all this.

I have never seen any official representative from Junkers around me or my friends while flying around the Rochester. Can you provide me with some evidences, showing me or my friends docking on Rochester when I / my friends were chased by the lawfuls?
Second, Auxesia has a Freelancer IFF, isn't it so? So which laws and regulations of Rochester Base restricts me from undocking/docking on base/chilling around the base when I see a Freelancer around me?
If you have an evidence from LPI, LN or LSF, I would not say anything, but an evidence from a Freelancer IFF'd Auxesia which shows what? A Rogue Destroyer flying around Rochester when there was a Freelancer ship nearby? Do those evidences show that Rogue Destroyer is escaping from the fight against Auxesia and docking on Rochester to save his/her life?
Okay, if you don't have an evidence showing my or my friends ships escaping from the battle (chased by lawful), docking on the Rochester base to save himself/herself, do you have any evidence showing me or my friends initiating a battle in the 10k radius of the Rochester Base? If no, then there is nothing to talk about. If yes, you can send me.
I gave you an experience report, I said. It is NOT a case I am trying to make to force any kind of verdict. Call it an eyewitness testimony, if you will. And I am not part of an official Junker faction either, but Junker affairs still concern me, as Junker, and I also take the flak and hostility from the Navy for the things you guys do near/on/from Rochester.
What are you trying to prove with this? I know that you know that I know you start your attacks from there on a regular basis. And that is all I am saying.
