the reason we don t have higher payed missions is - something igiss said last time.....

missions and spawning of NPCs stresses the server. - lag and instabilities are the results. - if missions payed as well as trading, most ppl would do them instead - and so the stability would suffer much. - the missions have such a low payout to PREVENT people from taking missions too much.

afraid that it ( was ) a technical issue that missions are not payed well. - maybe things have changed and its possible to support more misisons now..... . - but those were the reasons last time this topic was mentioned.

If that's the case, then they need to drop the costs on all ammunition to zilch. I shouldnt come out of a mission with three times less cash than I got paid to finish it.

i must try to start a char solely off of missions at some point always got bored and had to transfer credits. I also agree ammo should be reduced but the problem with that is it reduces the cost of PVP drastically.

I sometimes pay newbies to do missions, for me (whenever i need some junker rep in NY) an extra 200k goes a long way for a 20k mission... colorado silver mining sudenly isn't all that neat...

Not to mention that most NPC's regenerate hull faster than you can bring them down with anything short of class 9 guns or codenames, these missions take forever to complete because of the infinite regen alone.

I know it isnt a big top concern for anyone, but it needs to get fixed. Missions should be paying 5-10 times what they do now for the amount of effort they take compared to the reward. Not everyone has the time to trade for hours on end even if it does get you rich - I get a half an hour to an hour at a time between RL crap to play here, and I'd really prefer to spend it RP'ing and doing something enoyable rather than hitting F3 like a mindless dolt on a trade route for 30 minutes.

I agree. I dont liek trading to. Missions should be worth the time you spend on them.

If multiple NPCs destabilize the server, then alright, let the max payouts stay as they are.

But let ammo cost peanuts!
