Quick Clarifications:

Yes, it's an RM faction. No, unlike 3rd| it has zero intention of going for officialdom (and failing at it). It's absolutely for RP purposes and making things neat and tidy, even if the info page may just be a recolored copy of the 3rd Fleet info page. This faction is purely to give the Freya and her fleet a stable foundation, solid background and a way to latch onto anything that may happen in the future, like more conflict with the GMG/KNF or things that happen inside Rheinland house space.

I read your info page and I found a one issue.

"Verteidigung für das Rheinvolk" - Defense for the Rheinvolk - This really sounds stupid, even in english and german

I would change it to this:
"Schutz des Rheinvolkes" - Protection of the Rheinvolkes
"Verteidigung des Rheinvolkes" - Defense of the Rheinvolkes
"Schutz der Rheinlaendischen Buerger" - Protection/Defense of the Rheinland citizens

It's up to you now.
