Recent Kick/Bans. Don't panic, read this.

One of the cheat detection tools was malfunctioning and kick/banning anyone who tried to launch from a base.
The server will stay down until all those banned are unbanned and the tool will be fixed.
You can thank Korrd for working to fix it.
