Insurgency Navy? You will have to forgive my ignorance but I am not familiar with your organization, nor are events in Liberty of much concern to me. I am Maréchal Laroux of the Maréchaussée, currently overseeing what little remains of the royalist fleet. I am not surprised that you have heard of us, although I would not expect one so far away to show any interest in our explots.
Under normal circumstances I would have disposed of this message immediately upon receipt, but we find ourselves in far from normal circumstances. As much as I hate to admit it, our current situation is dire and an extended network of associates who do not pose a threat to our own goals may prove useful. The Insurgency Navy is a force opposed to The Liberty Navy, It is our belief the oppression by the Liberty Navy over its Citizens are something we cannot and will not sit idly by and allow to continue.
