I think the reason why an admin didnt just go ahead and delete your account is because completely deleting accounts has been abused by an admin in the past (because of personal rage and non-track-able censorship reasons), and is therefore "forbidden" for individual admins unless they consult with the others or the forum owner.

No, the reason is, as stated in Post 3:

I have thrown it to Alex.
As he has the control over Accounts.
Admins don't have the keys to those capabilities and he will most likely be able to sort you out on this regards.
