Gallia has declared Corsairs as hostile so I don't see that happening.

What relevance does it have?
Corsairs can dock and sell on UC / Junker or PoBs.
It generates activity in Gallia and adds more flavor to the event.
On the other hand, you can have Outcasts sell in Gallia and Corsairs in Bretonia.
Competition and activity all over Sirius.
It is relevant - means even more a reason to do it, lawfuls can catch them, Corse now is the big beneficiary of outlawed previously neutral corsairs, and want to use them to weaken OCs - in this route they could take back Nox - win win win Canon friendly route

The only way I see Gallia being involved is if Brigands manage to make use of the Outcast pipeline. That is not too unrealistic, as some of the Dons may decide that they want more influence in the Gallic underworld, and will try to buy it with relics. For that to happen however, you need to provide RP of a contract with an Outcast group, and support the Outcasts in establishing their own base in the Omicrons. I currently have no plans to add ANY npc sellpoints, much less those half the sector away from the source of the items.

You should read through the event description again and notice that the groups selling in house space are either Lawfuls or Quasis. If anyone was going to be bring Xeno Relics to Gallia, it would be the UC, not the Corsairs.

See what I said above. It would be the UC buying from the Corsairs doing this (much like how the Hogosha are filling the same role in Kusari), not Brigands from the Outcasts.

The reason I don't consider this is that the Corsairs already have a buyer - their old friends the Hogosha, who have been smuggling artifacts for them since time immaterial. They won't be able to handle new customers, based on the write-up. Meanwhile, Core is in the same position with Liberty, where many of its shareholders are likely from. And since the Corse and Outcasts hate each other, they won't be able to rely on their pipeline. That leaves only the Brigands as an option, but I agree that setting up such an op would require a lot of RP, since the Brigands are far less organized than the Corse.

Oh yeah for sure. I don't think the UC should be taking part in this event, simply saying that if Gallia were to be a part of it, the UC would be the suppliers in all likelihood.

The purchase prices of Xeno Relics at the event destinations have been added to the main post.

After additional discussion, the following modifications have been made to the event:
  • Instead of 24 1-hour configs, there will be 8 1-hour configs, split across four even intervals.
  • The event pobs must allow docking to event ids that are eligible for the bonus (e.g. Corsair pobs must allow Hogosha ids to dock), and must keep the minimum stock at 0 for the duration of the event to allow constant purchasing.
  • The bonus has been rebalanced so that 70% comes from the config, and 30% from the base price. The updated numbers can be found in the main post.

Due to the 1H increment, if you're caught between increments with cargo, you don't get the bonus.
I.E.: I was next to Kure with a load of XR when the 1st increment ended and the 2nd increment started. When I sold, I didn't get the bonus.

Yep. By design. Be mindful of when you fly and account for delays.
