Seth might be getting drunk but deadlines are deadlines, so here is a hurried list of the new names for the 3 remaining Puerto Rico bases. I have PMed Tenacity as I think the JU should be allowed to come up with name changes for Bornholm as its their centre of operations.

If anyone dislikes my names, then feel free to get involved. I won't be proud.

Epic gravedig, but 5 and a bit hours after I started, I'm done.

Changelog:

-Created file "Junkerbases" which has each ids_name listed with assigned number. Numbers used are spare Puerto Rico numbers.
-Created file "JunkerMBases" which has mBases entries for bases Arecibo, Carolina, Vieques and Bornholm.
-Assigned ids_name numbers to JunkerMbases file.
-Created 2 Harvester NPCs for Bornholm
-Added Hessian, Unioner and Lane Hacker NPCs
-Created 2 Female Junker NPCs and added them.

File will be sent to Taffic, and I'll submit to Igiss tonight.

Please remind me to never do this again, I'm slightly crosseyed.
