i DO agree that ther isnt enough types of punishment

I didnt get sanctioned, but several order players did, and without any real basis for the sanction other than "oh noes, you killed a pvp whore!"

Apparently not, when players like THC get away with OORP behavior and pvpwhoring and the people who try to deal with him get sanctioned instead.

Also, no Terrorist ID will ever be allowed a capital ship. This has been stated by the admins. (And yes, Mon'Star is an anomaly.)

For one faction. No one complains as vocally about the Rheinland Military's "absolutely no battleships" policy, I haven't heard any complaints about the Corsair registration in a while (and I believe the OPG were enforcing that one), and people seemed to shut up pretty quick about the Liberty Navy one.

As far as I can tell, the only one that gets any complaints is the Outcast one. Which is a case of "we're ****ed either way", since without it we've got enough capital ships to build a solid freaking wall around Malta (and Corsairs rightly complaining about getting raided by too many capitals), and with it we've got people whining about RP being trampled.

Would you (from here on out, "you" means people in general, not you specifically) be happy if we copied the Rheinland Military one word-for word, only making a few substitutions to add the appropriate words? No, we'd get complaints about that too - probably for no other reason than that we copied one, whether it's one people agreed with or not.

Sorry for the minor derail, I'll duck back into the next forum now.

(for the record, I did agree with the criticisms about charging money for it, but that has been removed for a while now IIRC)

Corsair ships do not get PVP-whored.

Also, the [RM] has been extremely active and Rheinland is buzzing with activity of people wanting to buy capital ships.

I complained about the [LN] one and I still do not agree with it.

Report them for what? Being cap-whores? *Technically* it is in Order RP to attack Liberty lawfuls, maybe not in a Battleship, and maybe not on a daily basis, but its still in their RP.

Well then I suggest, we all get all the indies, and create an order faction that is designed to attack, not just defend... so we'd have Bs for defending, and Sb for attacking liberty bhg, wildes everywhere sirius wide...

IT is more of a question, how do we want to see the order. Their NPC RP is pretty defensive, you don't see them expanding in to liberty, taking over kappa. What they should be doing is running a vast spy network. They should be infiltrating various factions, houses in perticular but also some pirates.

Perhaps Navy Tag, navy ship, and order ID, Order ID should state that one is a spy, much like a smuggler ID is to trader ID... you would have to treat them as such, and then Order guard ID would be for those Nephys in Minnor, and O100...

Order attacking liberty with a massed Caps, is highly OORP, they have no agenda camping manhattan, they have nothing to gain. They could raid a research station perhaps, but that again would be 1 osiris and several fighters...

So yes they are enemies. Order and Liberty, but the kind of operations they conduct should be vastly diffrent. Liberty would probably want to kill them all. Order would likeley be fighting a asymetrical war against them, taking out High Value Military targets and that's it...

But isn't the problem here that the player faction wants to dictate the RP of non-members of its faction? How would we solve that by creating another player faction for the express purpose of dictating the RP of non-members of the first faction?
