There is a problem with the Shrine, NPCs don't give any rumors despite that they have them, this is unfortunate bug, but it'll be fixed in next update. So, if anyone of you have already explored it - you'll have one more reason to revisit the system again at next update.

The rumors NPCs tell there were meant to be very important to roleplay and hinting as to what role the system plays, it took quite some time to make them considering their length. I've got several prominent roleplayers on the server to contribute to them as well, and it's pity that players are unable to see the result of their work. Yet. I was testing them on my test server, but failed to realize I gave them wrong priority requiring green status with neutral faction, obviously nobody on the server has it bar admins and accredited camera ships I think.

I have to say I really LOVE those random Nomad things like the generators or that ... well "spire".
It makes a system worth visiting. Maybe you could add something to that area around Xernia too. There are some possibilities to push the quality of Iota even more. (Don't misunderstand me, it already is absolutely high-quality:)) There are still some empty corners and you've proven to be capable of adding stuff that fascinates players altough it serves no real purpose.

Did I mention that Altair is the most stunning and creative base I ever saw. Keep up the good work!

@Tenacity: I think a Nomad-Gate between those systems would be a very good idea.

On that base which sells the *CoughCough* light fighter, a small problem is the fact that you can't get to it without dying, due to the radiation...

Not true, I made it there with a basic Starflier on my first try, and I didn't even know where it was. I just picked a landmark and started flying towards it, and then noticed the base in the distance while looking around in turret mode. I did have less than 1 bar of hull left when I docked... Another few seconds and I would have been a goner... But part of that was because I ran into the station a couple times, which dropped my puny Starflea shield and did some damage. But it's certainly possible, unless something's changed in the most recent beta.

As for the original question: Unknown is cool, but I haven't seen much of it (due to a Starflea sucking radiation). Iota is amazing, though I was too busy trying to survive to get a real good look at it (an Arrow is very good at staying alive). The nomad lanes are especially cool. Omicron-99 was pretty plain, but I'm sure will be improved eventually.

My original Startracker, Discovery, didn't make it.
However, I was determined and grabbed me a Hawk with Armour upgrade II, letting me get to the place within a comfortable amount of hull and nano's. Praise to Discovery II:P

I be looking at going further afield now though, can't wait for the rumours to be fixed first though, I was dissapointed to see no one wanted to talk to me on the station:(

Brainfarmers beware.

You were Discovery? I was Obadiah! He was sad to see his newfound friend die so quickly.

Not sure how I managed to make it when you didn't, unless you flew in the wrong direction, for too far...

I flew off in a random direction really, turns out I got it wrong:(
Worked out in the end though, that system holds some nice little secrets, including 3 identical things that I am interested in..

I played OpenSP and used invincibility mode to explore Discovery. It's much easier that way.

Iota and Unknown are absolutely EPIC. The first time I saw them, all I could say for the past five minutes was "Holy ***!" I haven't explored much of 99 yet, as all I've done was put myself on the base (which looks awesome) and undock then re-dock, but I plan on doing it soon.

The only thing I didn't like about Unknown was that your scanner and NavMap didn't work, which made it hard for me to find stuff in there.

Carlos Rivera: Corsair Brotherhood Pirate - Retired, shifted to Tripoli Shipyard's Research and Development engineering teams
Anthony Cameron: Guild Core Bounty Hunter - Killed in Action, committed suicide after being trapped in Omicron Minor following its destruction
Juan Ruiz: Outcast Ghost of Razgriz Pirate - Killed in Action, killed by the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army during Bretonian piracy raid
Michael Winchester: Liberty Security Force Agent - Missing in Action, likely killed during Rheinland espionage mission or trapped in Rheinland Space
Eric McCormick: Order Pilot - Retired, shifted to planetside training of new recruits

Liberty and Nomad Backstory, Very interesting - read it!
