Don't play the victim, please, you should know better.
And no, you do not take from it what I give. You make your own conclusions about my opinions, without just reading what's there.
Yes, on the flip side you assume I am playing the victim and that I am making my own conclusions instead of reading what is there.
I know I am not the victim here, you are, getting killed before you can type what you want to, getting ganked by too many capital ships which barely skim on the rules so they can avoid getting sanctioned. Oh, and how you cannot do anything about it because you get thrown out of the system for four hours.

Perhaps we require Indie's to just have a post registering and giving RP details. It takes all of 5 min. Like Syndroms said, if you can't bother to make an RP post, why bother at all to RP in game.
Apologies, I see no point in this thread. (I will discuss my last post on Skype, if you want.)

What you said was kind of already answered in the thread.
well. if an indie refuses to follow orders, when you are the person to be giving them orders. then you can take RP messures against them. and if they are really disobaying orders. thats an RP excuse to kill them. the LN did that to a indie navy gunboat yesterday. hell. i even got paid for helping kill it.
Note: little off topic. i know

Honestly? I fly Transports, and freighters, and I've found that lulwhutting bombers are just as, if not more, awful.
Ideally, I'd require everyone, for every ship, to post some sort of rp biography. Nothing huge, or complicated. Date of birth, gender, race, homeland, faction they work for, personality. Any other important bits. "I hate slavers/Cardamine?" Post it.
This is of course draconian. I'm draconian.
An independant/factionalised player takes his Outcast Destroyer into New York. Shoots up countless fighters (Magically, his aiming must be impeccable and their dodging god awful) and generally is an ass.
What to do?
The best you can. Including ignoring him.
He can't attack traders or anything like that so piracy is out the window.
So ignore him. He can't do anything except fight well..you.
YOU are his prey and the more his prey eludes him, the more angry he will get.
Hopefully he will either get bored and go away or mess up and end up getting sanctioned.
Either way, he loses out.
Of course, that said, you can always go down the 'OORP sanction' route.
Depending on your view (Admin clarification would be required) then taking one of the precious Outcasts' ships away from their fight with the Corsairs to go shoot up some fighters etc (And in RP invading the capital of the richest and most powerful House in Sirius, which should result in imminent death) would really be punishable by the Outcast Dons.
Still, that's an odd case and would need Admin's to clarify things first.
Of course a solution to this would be weapons platforms.
Gallia has them and they are damned effective.
I can't get my Battleship close to any Royalist station for longer than 30 seconds if I want to keep my shields up and that time is spent charging cruise engines again.
Instead of the only RP thing of 'You should be dead in this system'
Why not have people actually..dying instead?
In final:
Ignoring the capital ship in your fighter is a way of beating the capital ship, since it can't pirate. Just ignore it.
Actions such as taking an Outcast Dessie into NY could be OORP (Like Order ones apparantly. Admin clarification required)
There should be weapon platforms or something to kill large capital ships easily in places where they should be (Such as Manhattan etc.)
There are way's to kill the ships at Manhattan. Any ship smaller than a Battleship parked at NY will die from newark station. Newark has a total of something stupid like 30 guns, and will eat them up.

On the point of registers, they're toothless.
Unfortunately - or perhaps forunately - there's absolutely nothing that requires you to even come to this forum and do anything before (or even after) you start playing this mod.
Which is fine - you can lead by example in game, and then you can educate in PM via // afterwards.
I know that guy in Omega 56 that decided to fly there in his Cryer IFF'd and RM ID'd fighter had to be an unhappy camper after I - in RP - took all his Nomad samples as payment for trespassing. But I also tried to explain to him as well that we do have rules here, and it would be in his best interest to read them.
