In this week's event the RM were outnumbered 7 to 10 I believe. It wasn't intentional, because most of the times we were the ones outnumbered, so we just brought as many as we had in case more of you came. Guess it didn't happen and in the end we've had little complains about it, but hey - nothing too serious.
shift the event earlyer, first the server is full atm during this event, and us humble europeans are maybe not there at all, its saturday night.
obiously, we do not need to make the timeing on the account of any LN pilot, there are enough of them at any time of the day, but see when most RM will be able and willing to be there.

I need to ask, because I had to leave the online part of the faction to my higher ranks.
Had exams to write and was only able to do the forum stuff. Even that was hard.
I cant be there 24/7 to organize every little move, so the highest rank in the field available needs to take over the ingame command. Thats why we have the ranks. It worked with Gronath too. He showed up every 2 weeks.
Now just dont tell me that I kept it flowing when Gronath was not there?
If yes, THAT needs to change.
When I was online the last time (About 3 weeks ago) I was training with 10 [RM] guys constantly. Patrols looked like the same. Always enough men available.
The eventtime was for me not doable, so I had to rely on my Vizeadmirals or other high ranks int he field.
Looks like they also cant come at this time.
Always playing outnumbered is not the intention of this event.
4[RM] 6 independents versus 10[LN]. I dont wonder if anyone looses the interest in this event.
Getting vaporized in a chaos furball is not fun. We need a regular wing, able to train with each other and able to fight with each other against an equal force.
I will take a look at the activity of my boys, because it cant be, that everyone disappears just because the Admiral is not able to show up every day for several hours.
If Rheinland is indeed so boring, we need to take a look at the whole situation here.
The first step is to monitor the event the next two weeks.
If we lack the people all the time, we may test a shift of the starting time.
If that wont work, I have to hope for new recruits to come and fill the missing spots.
