Make the Phantoms noticeable, blow something up.
Not a bad idea at all. I could see the Phantoms interfering in the disput about the Corsair-Order Alliance for some reason.
Though, i dont know right now what could be the reason behind that and what the Phantoms could/should gain from that.... if there is any to gain for them at all.

Order losing power and letting Nomads slip through... Liberty could fall, that actually makes a shred of sense.
No Order, Nomads could get out of line.
Chaos, that's pretty much what the Phantoms desire is it not? Destruction of the houses, why not use the most destructive residents of Sirius to get the job done for you...

Phantoms are kind of related to the C'Tan.
Nomads are related to the Daam'K'Vosh.
Phantoms helping the Nomads in any way sounds wrong.
As far my knowledge goes the Phantoms need to deem themselves worth to be part of the actual C'Tan empire (or somewhat along those lines).
I thought more of gaining more support from the Corsairs by aiding their struggle for the area, their influence and technology.... - i guess this is also a way to spread more Chaos and destruction. Also seen as them maybe made two long-term Allies fight each other.
I guess you're right there, also the C'tan did also stand for a while as the only race in the Da’am Kavosh empire to fight back with a chance, much like the war of sol, except both races disappeared.
One leaving aggressive blue squids to use Sirius as a playground, and on manifesting it's survivors as voices in poor Julius Kane's frontal lobe...

Off topic again, and excuse the nitpicking, maybe my english just is wrong here, but....
Should it not be:
"I'll keep this simple. Here is our faction feedback. You post, I listen and respond. I correct you if you mistaken, and correct myself and my faction if you are correct/right."
That video fails. You both could have handled that much better. The Phantom could have said more than "Run, stupid" and you could have tried to make the Phantom explain himself more than "Whya re you shooting me?"
