Gunboats

The only think light about the Outcast Gunship is it's appearance. That's probably why it got the name, but everything about it's balance screams Gunboat. Typically Gunboats are heavier than Gunships but that is not their defining difference. It's not like comparing a Cruiser and a Battlecruiser.

Well it is SOMETHING like that... I don't know why the Tridente is gunship as well tho. Maybe because it's quite agile. On the other side, the Coalition gunboat is way lighter then rest of them on hull stats and also lighter then Tridente or Claymore...but, it has moar cargo, weapons and B/Bs for it's hull strenght.

But without these two points, gunboats are generaly heavier at most of stats then gunships...

I noticed one more thing.
Mini Razor uses 6400 energy and has 380 projectile speed and does 9700 shield and 19400 hull damage.
But GB razor has 600 projectile speed and less range and less attack ie 9325 shield and 18650 hull and uses 110000 or something like that energy usage. I think The damage should be 15000 shield and 30000 hull

I flew a Lane Hacker gunboat, which has 65.000 base hull (32.000 less than your OC GS), and I could take on three or four bombers at a time because I turned almost as fast as them. Guess what I had as armour? Capital 2. It allowed me to barely survive a SNAC, and then turn around and triple razor a Bomber, instakilling it.

Gunboats are overpowered slightly if anything. Keep them as is.

Is there anything you haven't whined about yet? All you're saying is "I think this should happen."
Why?

I mean, I'm all for Gunboats as a whole getting a little buff but there has to be a logical explination behind it. It doesn't lie in increasing their armour or damage either, because then they will be used to kill Cruisers which wasn't their intended purpose, and they will still be killed by bombers.

Two of them with minimal skill will waste a Siege Cruiser.

Two of them with fantastic skills will (True facts, did this before) waste a Siege Cruiser and an LABC one after the other without rearming. They don't need a buff.
