Bro, this place hinges on rule after rule. If there isn't a bunch of new candy to ooh and awe over people are busy trying to make more rules.

Personally I think the scanner should be upped. It's only logical because of how large the ship is. You'd figure a Battleship could fit an entire fighting inside of it, so why doesn't it have room for a better scanner period? It's about realism.

Personally, I've never really seen the point of a battleship license. All it really does is negate the one major advantage of the Spyglass and Order Recon Cruiser. Now everyone's a Spyglass. Really, the Spyglass shoud absolutely be far better than any other ship except the Recon Cruiser at scanning things. I might even go as far as to say 10k cargo scan range. It's supposed to the best - period. Right now, it's no different from any other BS.
