Actually I think that Liberty is the most populated system as a result of being the most populated system. Also, because of fun for PvP hungry people. Corsair raids, outcast raids and who knows what else.

Making system with no way back would only make difficulties for Angels, I think.

About Kusari, I meet many people there. Quite enough for me.

Good point, in the end its just a vicious circle! D:

I guess it also depends on what time you're on. I noticed the server reaches near full at least two times a day, different timezones I figure.
