Does the KSP guard ID allow you to fly Cruisers?

I've looked it up and you're right they don't allow it to fly cruisers.
I still hope they could change that to allow the KSP guard to fly at least a few of them with approval of the KNF of course.
I could apply for a Special Operative ID this way it could be possible with consent of the KSP, KNF and admin team.
