It seems that our CEO has gone on an extended mission and is as of this moment out of comm range. It is not known when he will be back.
Sir Alisdair Buchannan, our former CEO who is permanantely retired, has recommended me to the Board of Directors to take over as CEO of Gateway Interstellar.
I will accept if the majority of Captains agree with this.
Please reply to this message as soon as convenient as i intend to get the ball rolling with a few things with a yes/no vote in this matter.

Hello everyone, i hope you are all well,
Afraid i lost another cargo today in New York. On my way to Denver with a load of copper i ran into 3 pirates working together. 2 trident gunships and a bomber, all Outcasts.
They demanded 6 million creds of a tax. Way too rich for my ships safe and no amount of barganing would get them to drop thier demands for a lower tax. They opened fire on me and needless to say with that kind of firepower the GlenCoe couldnt last for long.
At the moment i am at the shipyard getting extensive repairs but it wont be long before im out tradeing again.

Top of the day to you lads!
Seems my comm officer forgot to inform me of the mandatory updates I've been neglecting to fill for our records. The little ba... punk's gonna get it later too. Perhaps I'll record his mirror for when he sings like a fool before going on duty... Oh right! Report.
Well as of late, I've been dealing quite extensively with the IMG, in Dublin, Omega-3, and in the Tau systems. Granted I've been quite lucky to avoid most Kusari patrols and Corsairs, but the Agincourt's hull'as seen it's fair share of Disinfector fire.
After delivering mining machinery, food, water, and other necessities to them and filling up on ore, I often head into Rheinland via the Omega systems. Aye it's a long haul, but far worth it. Every few weeks or so on my way back from one of these runs, I'll stop by and visit our friends at the ALG aboard Helgoland. If I get clearance that there are BAF avalable to escort to LD-14 in Leeds, I'll supply our wonderful house with much needed Nuclear Devices for her stations and battleships.
That's what I've been up to lately. Back to my much needed break. Resuming trading activities in about twenty two hours from now.

Hello everyone, hope you are all well,
First off, my trade report. The IMG have been requesting superconductors at thier base in 07, Freidstadt. From Colorado to there is a bit of a haul but well worth it and there is always the return with copper. other than that a few route one's and only the occasional hiccup with a pirate.
Now to the great task of annoucing the promotion of Captain Walter Godwin of the Agincourt to the position of Director of Trade Operations. He will be working closely with me in getting Gateway back on its feet. A fine man with a long history of trading so if anyone has a problem with a route or something, he will help.

First of all, thank you Mr McDonald! As new director of Trade Operations I will ensure that all Gateway employees are well funded enough to perform all tasks that need completing as well as enable newer employees to move cargo efficiently and safely.
Other than that chaps, it's been a few pretty dry runs into Liberty carrying independently mined gold and bringing back either Superconductors for the shipyard here in Bretonia or Light Arms for the police at the border station in Manchester.

Several trade runs to report. A few to New York and also to Rheinland. Nothing special happened on any of the runs. I think all the pirates have gone on holiday or something. Also no attacks from Mercs so ime hopeing that this episode is over.
Been in Penn a few times advertiseing Gateway to the pilots there. A few interest calls so ill wait and see if anyone applies. Ill keep on though, we could use new blood.

Yesterday I ran robotic parts to the Hood and then attempted a run of gold to Ft. Bush. I had made it all the way to Manhattan when I was pounced upon by three Xenos. Being a bit rusty, my diplomatic skills failed me and I foolishly fired the first shot. While I held my own for a time, they eventually overcame, ignoring my plea to desist. The ship was destroyed, though my crew and I escaped unharmed.
Not to be deterred, I ran gold again today from the Hood and successfully made it to Ft. Bush without incident, despite a Hacker who was ill-equipped to deal with me and a couple of other traders alongside. I am not on Manhattan for the day meeting with a couple of business associates. I hope to return to Bretonia with neon either this evening or tomorrow.

My god its good to hear from you Sir Alisdair. I hope things are a lot quieter now for you.
Went to the New York system today with a load of cargo and found myself confronted by some Jokers Thug something or other near the Cali/New york gate. he demanded that i drop a third of my cargo, destroy it and then give him my pyjamas of all things. Well, i am quite attached to my pj's so, being so close to the gate, i made a run for it. I managed to get to New York and then get in the trade Lane before he came through after me. A hunter helped me out at Westpoint and an IMG pilot also asked if he could help. I docked in New York and am now resting the GlenCoe before my trip home.
I hope the trip home isnt as eventfull as this one was.

Well, it's been a rough ride, but I'm finally back to Bretonia from my run to New York. I seem to have gone rusty with my former diplomatic panache, and I not only lost a load to those Xenos, but then again to some Rogues last night. Hopefully, I'll improve my record soon.
