Also, in game bounties. Ask for answer who bountie, or demand evidence. I was once attacked by Reaver, because somebody from CONNECTICUT bountied me. Though they provided me with such info on ooRP basis and while knowing me. Though you cannot trust randoms to differ RP and ooRP information. So in fact, inRP, nobody is forced to answer. On ooRP terms, they msut be able to provide evidence for ingame bounty as forum bounty is supposed to be claimed.

Even if you're unlawful, it's still red-cell, and still not allowed.
Yes, actually they can - it either has to be posted in the faction page or (in this case) just plain thrown out there by the owning faction(s).

Exact Technology Granted:
- One fully equipped Orca (current name: <strike>Jokers.Prize</strike> The_Joker) Restrictions Ship may be used with FL ID. Ship is inherently hostile to everything regardless of the IFF. (It's the Joker, for crying out loud.) Appropriate forum and in-game RP for the Joker will be followed for use of this ship.

Can you quote us a rule ? Because what you just said virtually defeats the whole purpose of a red cell.

"Ship may be used with FL ID" -- FL ID is white-cell to bounty hunter tech. I don't see the problem here...

To be honest, I don't have to provide anything to you. As long as I claim my bounty in a reasonable time frame (a week is a little long but reasonable), there's no problem. All bounties like this must be posted on this forum so there is a record of who is hired by whom. If someone does tell you, he is being nice.
The action of an ingame bounty which constitutes a Mercenary or Freelancer assisting in combat doesn't need to be put on the forum. The party being attacked must be informed that the Mercenary or Freelancer is being hired.

7.1 All bounties must be posted on the forum. If you attack another player to claim a bounty and the bounty is not posted on the forum, you are open to a PvP abuse sanction.
Mercenaries, freelancers and bounty hunters may be hired on the spot in game to assist with a combat without a forum post. The other parties involved in the combat must be made aware of this.*
* Don't, like, be a mercenary hiring another mercenary to kill someone and then that mercenary hires you to help so you can run around mercenarying people. Or Cannon will probably delete all of your ships.

Foot. Mouth.
No they can't. Nor did you provide proof you can. You gave a tech permission to a white cell ID. That isn't giving permission to a red cell ID. Please don't spread false information, it does no good.
Quote:I think they're all tosh. Surely if you're about to kill someone (both inRP and perhaps in the rules sake?), the person who's about to be killed has the right to know who's ordering the triggers to be fired?
Wasn't that one of the most common mistakes in Bond movies?
