Delete Eta.
Fix the NPC spawn time.
Pirat Cruiser free for every faction.
Allowed by the Junkers Cruisers.
More kinds of SNACs Corsair, Outcast etc.
The same with Pulse Cannons, Razors and Mortars.
Re-open the SRP.

You do know what he means though.

Some people will never get in, regardless of how hard they try or how good their RP is.

Anything I say is not intended as offensive, and to try and deliberately misinterpret it as such would be an attempt at trolling via misrepresentation.

It's not a conspiracy, it's localised bias. They're not intelligent enough to form a conspiracy.

First impressions die hard, if ever, yes.

"guidance" on how to get in.
That means someone has stack of applications on their desk, judging others RP, which lies in the rights bin of the admins. Any faction, group, entity that tries to restrict membership based on judgement of RP is invite-only to me.

And about the cruise drain, it's not so much about the balance but more about the way it was implemented.
Polls were created after it was already put in place. This seems to me like the people who put it in don't respect the communities oppinion, that we'll merely accept anything they'll do without question. It's that notion that really pisses me off. Sure it's not technically a democracy, but eventually excecutive descisions will bring their downfall.

And why limit what people can loadout? If that happened I'd say make it so bombers have no cd slot or can only mount a nova or a sn.

Props to Jinx yet again.

The rules that already exist are pretty good. I'd enforce them.

I can't speak for everyone. In the Keepers we've got a few people who vote on it. The people we've got doing it now are quite impartial, I assure you.

I'm not one of them.

The Aoi Iseijin pretty much work on a "Talk with Dave about how the Aoi work" basis.

It's more of a constitutional monarchy, really.

I believe the motives behind it were that something like 30% of the server base is on the forums and it would be unfeasible to try and poll everyone.

Because it doesn't make sense for mortal enemies to be using the exact same weaponry.

Some friends tossed a couple interesting ideas around. Not sure if they're even possible.

Basically, if the NPCs can't be completely replaced with players (server load etc) give them some more meaning.

So,
Carriers having the ability to "launch" NPC fighters. Interesting thought. Not sure how this would actually impact things, but it might be more feasible than actual players docking on carriers.

Hireable NPC assistants, say mining ships or repair vessels. Support roles that won't step on any players in the vicinity, but can help out someone when other players aren't around.

Quote:5.6 Fleeing in combat counts as a PVP death. Fleeing is:

a) Docking with a jump gate, station or tradelane;
b) Moving more than 10km from the fight.

Saw already some complains about this. And I'll give a nice example. Me and 2 LN guys engaged a pirate VHF and GB. After taking down the gunboat I decided to stand down, let the pirate have his own share of fun. You know, noone likes being ganked. Since it was taking so long I decided to step away. Soon after that received a distress call from the same system. Only then I realised with terror that technically I had died, so I had to leave the game.
There was really no point in me staying there. I can understand the rule was created to avoid abuse, like one running repairing and coming back, but.....seriously...
