Discovery mod v.4.79 bugs&suggestions

Having a torp on that would be fine. But a fighter with 6 guns 1 turret excellent agility and a torpedo goes a little bit over the balancing...

There is one other LF with a torp mount - the Nomad fighter. But it only has 3 gun/missile mounts so it's not unbalancing.

Ah. Well..... Then that makes sense. The Slipstream is 90 times harder to hit, and has more than twice as many guns. Its kind of..... Over powered.

And I agree with Dab here. Simply remove the torp mount, it would be fine, I think.

I agree.
Hearing the "Incomming torpedo" all the time when under attack by a ship that is almost impervious to missiles and is quite hard to hit is quite... annoying..
Also, that ship is almost BH-proof. You could take down an entire fleet of BS's without being hit. Just imagine a nova launcher that cant be stopped...

Also, that ship is almost BH-proof. You could take down an entire fleet of BS's without being hit. Just imagine a nova launcher that cant be stopped...

It is worse that that. An eagle can be destroyed with 3 cannonballs. This thing cannot. You need at least 10 to collapse their hull.

Either way, i like as it is now. Just remove the torp mount...

Slipstream will have 8000 hp instead of 8600, less nanobots and batteries then now and no torpedo mount (but CD mount will remain).

A little? When you fired the swarm, the lag was so exterme that the red icon appeared on screen, and your ship dissapeared from one point to appear 3 seconds later, in the other side of the map (that is right behind me).
The damn thing introduces a HUGE lag.
It was like if your ship was using some type of teleportation... :crazy:
