Why not let them operate there as long as they don't cause trouble? What exactly does that hurt?
From the perspective of the indy - it hurts nothing until the Admin team rewrites the ID again, banning Bounty Hunter cap ships from Omega 3 and 7 (again), because every miner is using them to protect his ships, because we have 4.84 all over again.
This is from the explanation about Faction Right 1:
Quote:Official factions are guardians of the reputation of their NPC faction in general, and should always seek to act in ways that cause it to be respected.
Having cap ships used in this way doesn't fit into our faction role-play or how we've defined bounty hunting in general, nor does it fit into the general scheme of how and where the cap ships should be operating on a regular basis.

You only read what suits you, don't you Agmen.
I said, as long as they don't cause trouble. If they don't cause trouble, why would the admins rewrite the ID? I've yet to see any ooRP complaints or any inRP complaints about the abuse of any Bounty Hunter capitial ship being used in the way you described for a long while.
So now you are changing your argument and trying to use FR1? How cute.
The people in question are not using the ships in a way that doesn't fit into Bounty Hunter lore. Just recently you allowed the use of Bounty Hunter capitial ships to be used in the bounty against Zoners. How is it all of the sudden not part of the factions role play, when you allowed it not half a year ago?
Quote:What exactly is the problem with bounty hunter capital ships protecting miners?
Core caps are not supposed to protect miners. This is the BHG or average mercenary's job. Core caps are supposed to kill Nomads and fight the Order.
A Thresher escorting a Hegemon is a waste of resources for the Core.
