Well what I was thinking was that we include a section concerning the IND lease of Zhukovsky... considering that is pretty important.

Now as for Sevastapol, considering it is an important alternate fuel source to the GMG, and the Deuterium that is produced there, we should make reference to it's growing popularity with traders...
