Considering all the negative reception, may I suggest seeking the help of a (preferably Rheinland-based) official faction?

If you're serious about this, I do think it would be wise of you to collaborate with certain members who have more experience on how things around here work (and who are of course, willing to help you).

Else, I can only endorse that this won't fly, not in its current form and if you don't listen to criticism, that will not change. You may not take all this negative feedback for much in its current form, but things will continue going downhill and will only get worse once people are done giving second/third/fourth chances.

When I first heard, that you had cancelled the Kusari State Alchemists... it broke my heart. But now to my joy, I find this "Rheinland State Alchemists" faction, and it's even more wonderful! Any state alchemist faction has my moral support, and I look forward to long RP sessions with you and my [RHA] character.

Meh, I had an encounter with one of the RSA ships today in Stuttgart on my Red Hessian character. You should speak a more understandable language, and even so, the overall RP was meh(ish).

If it would be just about the language...then it would be np
But you guys dont present any kind of RP, everything you are doing is to shoot everything what is red.
You dont even care whether you have a recruit ID and shoot neverthless.

As many people mentioned here, if you are new to freelancer you should first get in touch with the world and after then if you see that your idea would fit in here, then you should make a new faction.

I would suggest increasing your standards overall and ensuring your members do not break the server rules.
If a RSA member is sanctioned, it reflects on the faction.
If all RSA members are sanctioned, the faction can be disbanded forcefully even.
