It looks like the mission that problem people have reported is still happening: I tried with a couple of chars to do different missions.
Last attempt I took some screens: I waited around to check it wasn't just a lag related thing, but no npcs turn up - or bases.
Also "Mission commision" do not say their thing of "You should see it soon if you can't already. Neither do they warn you for leaving the battle area if you cruise off or leave the system. Like acejoker says.
Since it was working before I can only assume that this is related to the regeneration of mining stuff - like the npcs aren't generating. Maybe the code that says "make npcs for a mission" is somehow tied to the depletion of mining fields? Also, ping is fine but lag is higher than usual.

I can confirm this. I went ahead and tested it with the majority of my characters. Got nothing. It's becoming a pain because I can't rep any of my newer ships.
I saw information, that small ship going to be damaged, when it ramming or doddging large ship, and was surprised, that I saw today oppositive situation. Few capital ship was harmed mostly by fighter which was ramming it. In my opinion, capital ship should not be damaged, when small ship ramming it. Firstly, because it has very strong sheild, which can withstand collusion with some objects. Also, now small craft's pilots can use ramming strategy agains capitals like Kamikaze. Smalls crafts damaging will help their pilots avoid *collusion* with capitals. And offcourse, its allmost imposeblly to dodging small ship on BS or a cruiser. Fighter or bomber can 4 times change direction, while you are turning around...
Cannon, with all due respect to you, can you pleas think about small-large ship ramming problem.

So what?
If you are both so low on hull, why is it so bad for both of you to die?
And also, it's not that easy to ram a fighter that is careful about jousting you.

I can amend to that. I was in a dogfight today, and chasing the same target, me and my allies were quite close. We lost more bots to each other than we did train our target. Even NPC's were giving me headaches, if not from direct damage, from knocking me into another player. I mean, I should never have hull breach immenant when I have max shield bats, 0 bots, and not a single enemy shot has been fired at me.
