' Wrote:no the admins dont spend all their time to see whos docked and where, they also dont need evidence that someones docked (think about it, how can a complaining player prove that someones docked, you cant see him and hes not on the "y" list)
admins know more than you think about whats going on and where and by who
eg, so if you say someones docked at a station and approx when, they only have to quickly look on the server player list logs, itll show, at that time and can see where he/she/it was
have you looked down the sanction page, they also know when someone tries to delete a ship trying to avoiud a sanction, they know everything what goes on in the server, thats why theyre called admins!
ADMINS SEE ALL :crazy::secret:
I lol'd super hard.LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL
Hey Dieter, check whether I pirated today. LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL
Let's see...
Long explanation:
Now,you say here "no the admins dont spend all their time to see whos docked and where, they also dont need evidence that someones docked" I don't really see what you are talking about.Yes the admins don't spend all their time to see whos docked and where,so?You are proving that what I said is correct.Maybe they can "See where a person is docked".But,they have to handle real life and they have THOUSANDS of other reports to handle. They probably don't have time to search for the proof.YOU have to provide it.Otherwise, there is absolutely no need to report something.Just let admins do all the 'checking' and let them sanction people who dock at the wrong place and stuff like that.If admins have to 'check' all the time, the report forum will be flooded with unchecked reports because admins already spend 10301930129312039 hours on a report.Admins have better things to do other then check and check and check if a person is guilty of a crime.
The average player here probably owns at least an account filled to the brim with characters. There tons of players here. There is no time to check.
Short explanation:They don't have time to 'check'.You have to provide evidence.
Underlined part:
With multiple screenshots I can prove that a person has docked with Newark.I can prove that somebody has docked with Rochester.I can prove that somebody has docked with New Haven. All with screenshots.I can even show the time he docked.Provided of course,I have screened the person before he docked, while he is docking and after he docked.Using timestamps and screenshots I can prove a lot of things. If you want,I can even video a person using speedhack. So using videos I can also prove a person has docked somewhere.
You think I have not seen the sanction pages?Oh I have read virtually every sanction thread which has a post in it.I finished reading it last year.I'm almost familiar with the pages.
Oh and, since you have read the sanction threads, tell me if they have ever sanctioned anyone without providing evidence.

Yeah,I'm using it to <strike>be a douche in Conn</strike> rp that I want to dock with a cap ship.
Stop it.Seriously, stop whining.Stop Q_Qing and stop trolling.Stop exaggerating things which are minor, stop whining about stuff which happens every time the blue moon appears.Stop Q_Qing because people do not comply to your wishes. This is not your personal universe where you can lord everyone around and judge people using your emotions.Think logically.Think.Just think.
I'm gone.Goodbye.

Which is why some clowns now have very worn down F3 and escape keys. *sigh*
Recommend changing this to dropping a message into the base vicinity the moment the player leaves the system. Format "Docking control: Vessel (NAME) has docked with (BASE)."
Wonder if this message will work with carrier docking...

Meaning: if a character pisses off IMG in Dublin, I tell him he is not welcome. If he docks after having been told not to, I have reasonable evidence to get the FR5.
Or: Lawfuls complain that unlawfuls hide on Hood in Dublin. They pester IMG about it, and I can't do anything if they have no "proof" of the bad guys starting and landing. Now they can send me a picture in the ingame complaint to IMG and actions (ingame telling off or also FR5) can be done.
FR5 is not a sanction here, but an ingame reaction to roleplay to make sure game mechanics reflect roleplay.
I find it very very good to have that, even though it for sure will mean trouble for my IMG chars on Hood! =) Looking forward to it.
sometimes it takes time for an admin to find the evidance and then they issue the sanction, yes evidance given helps true i didnt say it didnt maks things quicker if you have it
