How to deal/RP with people who don't speak/poorly speak English

No, however I'm merely pointing out that the purpose of 'fair play' and above would be irrelevant. I'm not worried about being sanctioned, I'm just concerned in such situations conflicted by principles of equality as in that quote, and destroying them.

I have destroyed many due to them running away, which was because of their inability to speak English, or proper English, however it just feels wrong to me.

There's nothing you can do about it, except for offering free grammar lessons for those people. But I honestly doubt that most of them even want to learn english just to play here.

basically you're already dealing with them. Don't stress yourself over it.

There are rules in the game and there are rules on the server.
If they're breaking roleplay rules you act according to their action and simply turn it into a interesting roleplay.

Server rules. Well you turn it into an interesting report =)

Ship's communicators could be down.
They could be scrambled. Hacked. Your communication system might malfunction when someone is ignoring you. Gajillion of things to do.

Well, just blowing them up wont always help, since they often have friends, that speak english, and they have enough brain cells to hit the "print screen" button...

Ascalon's advice is right, actually. Or just sankshun for banhammer - makes people learn fast... (I've learned not to use //oorp, despite everyone around doing so, after JiJoe sent me into deadspace journey twice... which I'm gratefull for, since I know the real sanction results would be way... worse for me.)

1 - guy dies. simple as that

2 - guy suddenly speaks fluent english. sometimes i obviously shoot 'knowledge projectiles'

dude: Yes. How much?
me: All of that cargo.
