The situation in Omega-7

The most important routes through Rheinland (read:most profitable) for IC are Beryllium from Cambridge to the Ring, Silver from Friedstadt to Tokyo, and Polymers from Omega 3 to multiple loactions.

Fun fact: the bolded route isn't legal for IC, since you can't legally carry Beryllium in Rheinland according to the posted laws...

EDIT: As a side note, there is of course a very simple way around the BH restrictions preventing them from attacking RM.
Bring Cap, wait, dont leave when they ask, and let them shoot first.

Having a cap in Rheinland space is unlawful, and BHG can't participate in any unlawful actions, so that still sounds like you could get sanctioned for that.

What's the stance on mercs getting in and mucking things up? The Rheinland unlawfuls are still offering bounties on the heads of RM. It y'all are going to get in the same place and make it easy to find you, I'd probably like to show some intent to collect.

Ah, don't know, I don't remember reading anything that clarified that, although it would certainly be nice if that could get clarified.

Although, if you're sitting in Rheinland space with a BHG capship, ignoring orders to leave, it's pretty obvious what your goal there is, and I still don't think it would fly.

Guys, use common sense will you? If shooting lawfuls would be unlawful, RM, LN, BAF, KNF at the very least would be unlawful.

Operating in omegas is alright rulewise for bunter caps. It's just that everybody will shoot you in o7.

Liberty has made it clear that they don't care about crimes committed outside of Liberty space.
If that situation changes a lot of folks would be in trouble so it is unlikely to change.
